Ben Wallace has been involved in the finance industry for over 33 years.
Prior to joining the MCMF team, Ben worked at the ANZ Bank commencing in 1987, undertaking various administrative, frontline and managerial positions. In the last 20 years Ben has been working in a Relationship Management role, dealing with a diversified portfolio of clients in both Agribusiness and Commercial, catering for their lending requirements as well as their investment needs.

Derani Power has been involved in the finance industry in a range of roles over 34 years.
Prior to joining the MCMF team in October 2021, Derani worked at ANZ Bank commencing in 2005, undertaking various administrative and frontline roles, including branch manager. For the last 5 years at ANZ Derani worked in a Relationship Management role, dealing with a portfolio of clients predominantly in Agribusiness, catering for both their lending and investment needs.

Stephen Cox has been involved in the finance industry in a range of roles over 35 years.
Stephen commenced his career at the Launceston Bank for Savings where he worked for 6 years. Stephen then spent 20 years at the ANZ Bank in various administrative and managerial positions including the last 5 years specialising in commercial lending.
Prior to joining Murdoch Clarke Mortgage Fund as Business Development Manager in September 2018, Stephen was employed as a commercial finance broker with Tassie Home Loans for 11 years.

Jamie Dart has been employed in the finance industry since 2013.
Prior to joining Murdoch Clarke Mortgage Fund Jamie worked for Westpac, specialising in residential lending and assessment.
Jenny Bailey has over 20 years experience in the finance industry, commencing with Island State Credit Union (now Mystate Bank Limited) in 1987. Her roles have included Customer, Loans officer and Lending Administration Officer.
Jenny commenced employment with Murdoch Clarke in 2007 as an Accounts Clerk and transferred to the position of Manager’s Assistant, Murdoch Clarke Mortgage Fund in 2008. Jenny now holds the position of Senior Manager's Assistant.
Bianca Harper joined the Murdoch Clarke Mortgage Fund as Manager’s Assistant in December, 2010 having transferred from her previous position as Payroll/Accounts Clerk for Murdoch Clarke, a position she held for 14 years.
Prior to her employment with Murdoch Clarke, Bianca was employed by Westpac for 4 years in various customer service roles.
Ashlee Schenk has been employed in various administration and legal support roles since 2007.
Prior to commencing with Murdoch Clarke Mortgage Fund in November 2021, Ashlee was employed in the Conveyancing industry for 7 years.
Amy joined the Murdoch Clarke Mortgage Fund team in 2023 as a Customer Service Officer based in the Launceston office.
Prior to starting with MCMF Amy worked for Bendigo Bank in various banking and customer service roles.
Jenny has been employed with Murdoch Clarke Lawyers since 1987 in both Accounts & Deeds Clerk roles before transferring to Murdoch Clarke Mortgage Fund in June 2022.
Renee joined the Murdoch Clarke Mortgage Fund team in October 2022, prior to that I was working with Murdoch Clarke Lawyers for 6 months as Office Assistant.
