We do follow strict ASIC benchmarks on disclosure

We don’t lend money secured by mortgage over a property without either first obtaining a valuation from a registered valuer or a government valuation.

We do distribute interest to you quarterly

We don’t invest in the stock market

We do provide you with quarterly statements on your investments

We don’t borrow money

MCMF has made the decision to increase the interest rate on MCMF’s variable interest rate Commercial and SMSF loans by 0.35% p.a. and on MCMF’s Development Loans by 0.50% effective 22 August 2022.

We understand that this decision will have an impact on our borrowers and assure you that it was made after careful consideration of all relevant matters.
