Our COVID-19 Response – 1st June 2020
MCMF continues to monitor the situation daily to ensure we protect the health and safety of our staff. As of June 1st 2020 staff will begin to revert back to regular office hours, whilst retaining some split shift arrangements for our staff.
Our office will be open from Monday to Friday, from 8:30am through to 5:00pm, and will undergo continuous sanitisation throughout the day.
We continue to seek to minimise face-to-face meetings with clients, and consequently have telephone and video conferencing options available.
If your visit to our office is unavoidable, we ask that you observe our social distancing policy, and utilise the hand sanitiser provided.
As the COVID-19 situation continues to evolve, any further changes to our operations will be notified on this website.

We Have Changed Our Work Hours – 24th March 2020
We have implemented changed work hours to protect the health and safety of our staff, to assist in minimising the spread of COVID-19 and to provide business continuity for our clients.
Our staff have been divided into two teams. One will be working in our office from 7am until 12:30pm each day, the other will commence at 1:00pm and work through until 6:30pm.
Our office will be open Monday to Friday from 8:30am through to 5:00pm, with a brief closure between 12:25pm through to 1:00pm to allow the facility to be cleaned between shifts.
In addition, our staff have the capacity to work remotely from home.
These arrangements will be in place for the foreseeable future however this is a rapidly evolving situation and we will follow all advice and guidance of government and health authorities.

Our COVID-19 Response – 19th March 2020
The Management of MCMF wish to reassure all clients that we will continue to deliver the professional service you are accustomed to, whilst safeguarding the health and safety of our staff, clients and community.
To ensure business continuity we have:
- Formed a working group of Directors and Management that meets regularly to monitor latest developments and advice and co-ordinate the implementation of our response.
- Actively minimised face to face meetings with clients.
- Implemented enhanced screening measures for all visitors to the office.
- Advised and facilitated recommended strategies in relation to hand hygiene.
- Adopted social distancing recommendations within the office and minimised intra-office interaction among our staff.
- Implemented solutions to enable our professional staff to work from home.
- Cancelled or postponed any group gatherings, both professional and social.
- Updated our staff on a daily basis.
Our staff must not attend our office if they:
- Are experiencing any of the advised symptoms of COVID-19, colds or flu.
- Have returned from overseas travel since the border restrictions came into force and have not self isolated for 14 days.
- Have been in close contact with anyone who has, or is suspected of having, COVID-19.
To date we have not been advised of any clients, staff or Directors who have been diagnosed with COVID-19.
To assist us to protect our staff and other clients we request you not visit our office if at all possible and instead use telephone or email to communicate with us.
This is a rapidly evolving situation and any further developments that we need to communicate to you will be advised here and/or communicated directly to you.
