If you’d like to withdraw funds from your MCMF investment account, we have a simple process to make withdrawals as smooth as possible.
We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and you may need to withdraw all or part of your investment in the Murdoch Clarke Mortgage Fund. That's why we make it easy for you to request withdrawal, subject to the liquidity requirements outlined in our Product Disclosure Statement.
To get started, all you need to do is complete and sign an Application for Withdrawal and deliver to us or send it to us by email or post. If you want to withdraw $250,000 or more then we will require an original signed Application for Withdrawal.
Don't forget to include your investor account number within all withdrawal requests.
For Loan drawdown or redraw requests please complete and sign a Loan Drawdown/Redraw Form and deliver or send it to us.
Investors who request a withdrawal will generally receive their funds within seven days; however, there are some instances where this may not be the case – read more on pages 7 and 30 of our Product Disclosure Statement
Be sure to contact the MCMF team if you have any questions about our withdrawal process.
