With a background in banking and a natural ability to connect with people, Amy brings valuable experience to her role as a Customer Service Officer at MCMF. She has been part of the team for three years and was drawn to finance through her enjoyment of helping people find the right solutions.

She values the variety of her role and being part of a close-knit team, finding it especially rewarding to see positive outcomes come together for both MCMF’s borrowers and investors.

Around the office, Amy is known for loving a good chat and rarely being seen without a caffeinated beverage in hand. Outside of work, she is a busy mum to two young boys and a lifelong animal lover who once dreamed of becoming a veterinarian!
