Chicquita has been employed in the finance industry since 2006.

Prior to joining MCMF in December 2025, Chicquita had spent 19 years with CBA having started in a customer facing role in Branch. In 2011 she joined the Commercial Banking team as an Analyst where she supported the Relationship Managers with meeting their clients banking & finance needs.
