Gavin has been employed in the finance industry in a range of roles since 1991.

Prior to joining MCMF in December 2025, Gavin had spent 30 years at CBA with the past 18 years as a Commercial Relationship Manager based in Devonport.

Gavin was responsible in building and fostering strong banking relationships with a diverse portfolio of commercial clients in the North West of Tasmania assisting them with their banking & finance needs.
