Jess joined MCMF in 2025 and is already a valued member of our customer service team. Driven by a desire to learn, grow, and take on new challenges, she was drawn to the finance industry as a place where she could expand her skills and support clients in meaningful ways.

Jess has always loved a challenge, and at MCMF, she’s found a role that brings together curiosity with a supportive team environment, which is her favourite part of the job.

Outside of work, Jess loves getting out into the world: reading, camping, and taking road trips whenever she can.
