Stephen is a finance veteran, with over 35 years of industry experience. He started his career journey at the Launceston Bank of Savings, working for the firm for 6 years. He then moved to ANZ Bank, spending 20 years working in various roles. These ranged from managing teams to handling admin tasks, with his final five years at ANZ as a commercial lending specialist. For the next 11 years, Stephen worked as a commercial finance broker with Tassie Home Loans.

Stephen joined MCMF as Business Development Manager, travelling and meeting clients throughout the State to drive growth and development.
